(This account does not pay interest)

• You must deposit $100 to open this account.

• This account does not have a monthly maintenance fee.

• You may deposit up to 500 items each month.  A fee of $.12 will be assessed for each deposited item over 500.  You may have up to 500 checks paid each month.  A fee of $.12 will be assessed for each check paid over 500.

Business Checking with Interest
(This account is for Sole Proprietorships and Non-Profits Only)

• You must deposit $100.00 to open this account.

• A monthly maintenance fee of $10.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $3,000.00 any day of the cycle.

• You must maintain a minimum balance of $3,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

• You may deposit up to 250 items each month.  A fee of $.20 will be assessed for each deposited item over 250.  You may have up to 250 checks paid each month.  A fee of $.20 will be assessed for each check paid over 250.

• $100 required to open account
• Interest is paid on collected balances of $2,000 or more

Avoid a monthly maintenance fee with:

• daily balance of $2,000

Otherwise:

• Monthly maintenance fee: $ 15
• Excessive transaction fee (more than 6 withdrawals or more than 3 checks per statement cycle): $ 5
